Every Filter Throws Something Away. Can You See What?
A qualification system is a machine for discarding, and almost nobody asks what happens to the discards before buying one. A system that silently deprioritises cannot be audited, because the evidence you would need is the thing it removed. Six months later the reporting shows a healthy conversion rate on what got through, and nothing at all about what did not.

Six enquiries a filter reliably gets wrong
Each of these looks poor on the surface and is regularly the best enquiry of the week. A filter trained on surface signals removes all six.
- Three words and no detailSent from a phone, by a buyer
- A free email addressSmall business, real budget
- Asking about the cheapest thingTesting you, before the real job
- Written badlyEnglish is their second language
- The wrong service namedThey do not know your vocabulary
- Sent at 3amDifferent time zone · not a bot
The fourth row is the one worth taking seriously. Scoring on how well an enquiry is written is scoring on fluency, and fluency is not intent — it correlates with language, education and whether somebody typed it on a phone in a hurry. A filter that quietly ranks people by how they write is a filter with a problem, and it is invisible unless somebody is reading the discards.
Sorting is safe. Discarding is not.
The safe shape is a queue in an order, not a bin. Everything still arrives, everything is still visible, and the system decides what gets looked at first. That preserves the entire benefit — your team spends the first hour on the three most likely — and removes the failure mode, because a mistake costs a delay rather than a lost enquiry.
Then somebody reads the bottom of the queue on a schedule. Ten minutes a week, the lowest-ranked enquiries from the last seven days, looking for the one that was obviously good. That is the only feedback loop that tells you whether the scoring is right, and it is the first thing dropped when everyone is busy. It should be somebody’s named job rather than a good intention.
What the scoring uses matters more than how clever it is. Fit against what you actually sell, stated timescale, whether they are in your area, whether the thing they asked for is something you do — those are honest signals. How well the message is written is not, and neither is which email provider they use. Naming what it may and may not weigh is a decision your business makes rather than a default the model arrives at.
And the routing half is usually worth more than the scoring half. Getting the right enquiry to the person who can actually answer it, immediately, does more than any ranking — and it fails quietly when somebody is on leave and their queue simply fills up. Routing needs a rule for absence, which nobody builds until the week it matters.
- ✓Rank, never delete — A mistake becomes a delay rather than a lost enquiry.
- ✓Read the bottom weekly — Ten minutes. The only loop that tells you if scoring is right.
- ✓Score fit, not fluency — How well it is written is not intent.
- ✓Routing beats scoring — The right person immediately does more than any ranking.
- ✓Have a rule for absence — Queues fill silently when somebody is on leave.

What we build into a qualification system
Six things, and three of them exist to catch it being wrong.
A Ranked Queue, Not a Bin
Everything arrives and stays visible; the system decides the order. You keep the whole benefit and a scoring mistake costs a delay instead of an enquiry.
A Weekly Read of the Bottom
Ten minutes on the lowest-ranked week, by a named person. The only feedback loop that exists, and the first one dropped when everybody is busy.
Agreed Signals, Written Down
Fit, timescale, area, service match. Not fluency, not email provider. What it may weigh is a business decision rather than whatever the model settles on.
Routing to Somebody Who Can Answer
By service, area or account, immediately. Usually worth more than the scoring, and the part that quietly returns the most time.
A Rule for Absence
What happens when the person a lead routes to is on leave. Queues fill silently, and nobody builds this until the week it costs something.
A Readable Reason Per Score
Why this one ranked where it did, in a sentence. Without it the scoring is a number nobody can argue with, which sounds like confidence and is not.

— Our Proprietary Methodology —
The Visibility Framework™, applied in Lead Qualification
The method doesn’t change by market. What it’s pointed at does.
Audit The Hours
Where time actually goes, task by task, scored on volume, repetition and the cost of getting it wrong. Ends in a ranked blueprint with estimated hours saved — yours to keep either way.
Design The Guardrails
Before any building: what the agent may touch, where a human must approve, what happens when it is unsure, and which data is never allowed near a third-party model.
Build & Evaluate
One workflow at a time, in your accounts, scored against real examples from your business before it touches live work. Shipped early so it meets reality while it is still cheap to change.
Run & Improve
Monitored for cost, failures and quality drift. Models change, your business changes, and an automation nobody tends becomes a liability rather than an asset.
Honest, No-Nonsense Commitment
If the audit concludes that a task is not worth automating, we will tell you and refund the difference rather than build it anyway. And if a workflow we built does not hit the outcome we agreed in the blueprint, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does or we take it out.

What you’re actually committing to
Most agencies keep this in a contract you only see after the sales call. We would rather you knew now, because it is the question everyone asks second — right after the price.
- The audit is credited, not sunkPay for the audit, and the full amount comes off the build if you proceed. If you don’t, the blueprint is still yours to hand to anyone else.
- A fixed build price after the auditQuoted once we know what we are building. If it takes longer than we estimated, that is our risk — the price only moves if you change the scope.
- You own everythingAccounts, API keys, workflows, prompts, evaluation sets, logs and documentation — all in your name from day one, and still yours if we never work together again.
- Running costs are yours and visibleAPI usage is billed by the provider directly to you. We never resell tokens or mark up usage, and you see the real number.
- The retainer is month to month30 days’ notice, no exit fee. Stop it and your automations keep running — you are simply maintaining them yourself.
- Human approval is the defaultAnything customer-facing or irreversible needs a person until the evaluation data justifies otherwise, and that decision is yours to make, not ours.
These are the terms as they appear in the agreement itself — nothing here is softened for the website. The full wording lives in our terms and conditions, and you get the agreement to read before anything is signed or invoiced.
