The Question Is Always the Same. The Answer Changed an Hour Ago.
Do you have a room. What does it cost this weekend. Is the pool open. Is the boat trip running in this weather. The questions barely vary and the answers move constantly — and this is the one sector where a stale answer is worse than no answer, because the guest acts on it. They book a table, they drive two hours, they cancel something else. Being wrong costs more than being slow.

Six answers that were true this morning
Each of these is asked constantly and each has a shelf life measured in hours. A system answering from anything other than the live source will be confidently wrong on all six.
- Do you have availability? It changed while they were typing
- What is the rate this weekend?Dynamic · and it moved
- Is the restaurant open tonight?Depends on staffing, today
- Is the trip running?Weather · decided this morning
- Is there parking?Usually · not during the festival
- Can we still get a table at eight? Two minutes ago, yes
The fourth row is where the damage is worst and the fix is easiest. A cancelled boat trip, a closed pool, a kitchen shut for the evening — these are known to somebody on site hours before any guest asks, and they almost never reach whatever is answering enquiries. A single place where staff mark "not running today" is a smaller build than an assistant and prevents more harm.
It should say “let me check” rather than guess
The design rule for this sector is straightforward and frequently ignored: if the system cannot see the live source, it does not answer. Saying that a room is available because it was available in yesterday’s export is how a guest arrives to a problem, and everything gained in convenience is lost several times over at reception. An honest "let me check with the team, one moment" is a perfectly good automated response and a much safer one.
So the first work is connection rather than conversation. Availability from the actual system, rates from wherever they are set, opening hours from something staff can change without a developer. Where a connection genuinely is not possible, that question moves to a person permanently and the system says so cleanly instead of improvising around it.
The second thing is a way for people on site to override anything, instantly, from a phone. The kitchen closes, the pool is shut, the trip is cancelled — and the person who knows is holding a phone and has two minutes. If updating what the assistant says requires finding a laptop or asking an agency, it will not happen, and the assistant will spend the day being wrong about the one thing that mattered today.
Guest messages during a stay are a different job and belong to people; that argument sits on our social media page for this sector rather than being repeated here. What automation is genuinely good at in travel is the pre-arrival question with a factual, checkable answer — and there are a lot of those.
- ✓No live source, no answer — "Let me check" is a good automated response.
- ✓Connection before conversation — Availability, rates and hours from the real systems.
- ✓Staff override from a phone — The person who knows has two minutes and no laptop.
- ✓One place to mark "not today" — Smaller than an assistant, prevents more harm.
- ✓In-stay messages are a human job — That argument lives on our social page for this sector.
Saying a room is available because it was available in yesterday’s export is how a guest arrives to a problem.
What we build for a property or operator
Six things, and the first three are about being connected rather than clever.
Live Availability, or Nothing
Answers pulled from the system that actually holds the truth. Where that is not possible, the question routes to a person permanently rather than being answered from a stale copy.
A Phone Override for Staff
Pool shut, kitchen closed, trip cancelled — marked in ten seconds by whoever knows. If it needs a laptop or an agency, it will not happen on the day it matters.
“Let Me Check” as a Real Answer
An honest hand-off when the system cannot verify something, instead of a confident guess. Slower, and considerably cheaper than a guest arriving to a problem.
Rates With Their Conditions
The number and what it depends on — dates, minimum stay, what is included. A rate quoted without conditions is a complaint at check-out.
Pre-Arrival Sequences
Directions, parking, check-in times, what to bring, what is open during their stay. Factual, checkable, and the part guests most often say nobody told them.
Multilingual Where Guests Need It
To the same standard as English, with a person when unsure. Half-translated hospitality copy reads worse than answering well in one language.
Itinerary Drafts From Verified Facts
A suggested plan assembled only from what you have confirmed — your own opening times, your own transfers, places you actually recommend. An itinerary that invents a bus route is worse than no itinerary, so this one is deliberately not allowed to guess.
What clients say
Real clients, quoted in their own words — published with their permission.
“We’re very thankful to Ghalib and his team for building a fully-functioning website for our business.”
“It was a pleasure working with Ghalib and his team.”
“Ghalib’s clear guidance has helped improve our website’s SEO performance.”

— Our Proprietary Methodology —
The Visibility Framework™, applied in Travel & Hospitality
The method doesn’t change by market. What it’s pointed at does.
Audit The Hours
Where time actually goes, task by task, scored on volume, repetition and the cost of getting it wrong. Ends in a ranked blueprint with estimated hours saved — yours to keep either way.
Design The Guardrails
Before any building: what the agent may touch, where a human must approve, what happens when it is unsure, and which data is never allowed near a third-party model.
Build & Evaluate
One workflow at a time, in your accounts, scored against real examples from your business before it touches live work. Shipped early so it meets reality while it is still cheap to change.
Run & Improve
Monitored for cost, failures and quality drift. Models change, your business changes, and an automation nobody tends becomes a liability rather than an asset.
Honest, No-Nonsense Commitment
If the audit concludes that a task is not worth automating, we will tell you and refund the difference rather than build it anyway. And if a workflow we built does not hit the outcome we agreed in the blueprint, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does or we take it out.

What you’re actually committing to
Most agencies keep this in a contract you only see after the sales call. We would rather you knew now, because it is the question everyone asks second — right after the price.
- The audit is credited, not sunkPay for the audit, and the full amount comes off the build if you proceed. If you don’t, the blueprint is still yours to hand to anyone else.
- A fixed build price after the auditQuoted once we know what we are building. If it takes longer than we estimated, that is our risk — the price only moves if you change the scope.
- You own everythingAccounts, API keys, workflows, prompts, evaluation sets, logs and documentation — all in your name from day one, and still yours if we never work together again.
- Running costs are yours and visibleAPI usage is billed by the provider directly to you. We never resell tokens or mark up usage, and you see the real number.
- The retainer is month to month30 days’ notice, no exit fee. Stop it and your automations keep running — you are simply maintaining them yourself.
- Human approval is the defaultAnything customer-facing or irreversible needs a person until the evaluation data justifies otherwise, and that decision is yours to make, not ours.
These are the terms as they appear in the agreement itself — nothing here is softened for the website. The full wording lives in our terms and conditions, and you get the agreement to read before anything is signed or invoiced.
