You Are Borrowing Their Credibility. The Brief Is What Destroys It.
The reason a creator’s recommendation works is that their audience believes they are hearing that person, not a company. Then the brand sends approved copy, a shot list and three mandatory mentions — and the audience hears the company instead. At that point you have paid a premium for a worse advert than you could have made yourself, which is the most common way this money is wasted.

Six ways the borrowed trust gets spent badly
None of these is about picking the wrong creator. Every one of them happens after the creator has been chosen, and every one is avoidable in the agreement.
- The brief is a scriptAnd it sounds like one
- Approval strips the personalityThree rounds · nothing left
- Disclosure is hiddenWhich the audience notices, and resents
- Usage rights were never agreedThe best piece cannot be reused
- The wrong audience, well reachedBig numbers, no relevance
- Nothing is measuredBecause nobody agreed what to measure
The fourth row is the expensive administrative one. A piece of creator content that performs well is worth running as an advert, putting on a product page, and using in email — but only if the right to do so was agreed before it was made. Buying those rights afterwards costs several times what they cost upfront, if the creator agrees at all.
Constrain the brief, do not write the words
A good brief tells the creator what has to be true and what must not be said, and then gets out of the way. What the product actually does, the two claims that would be wrong, the thing that must be shown, the deadline. Not the sentence structure, not the hook, not the order of the shots. The creator knows what their audience stops for far better than any brand does, and that knowledge is most of what is being bought.
Approval should follow the same logic. Checking that nothing inaccurate or unsafe was said is reasonable. Three rounds of tone adjustments is how a piece of content ends up sounding like a press release read aloud, and every round removes some of the thing you paid for. Agreeing in advance what approval covers — accuracy and safety, not style — prevents most of that.
Disclosure is not negotiable and it is also not a cost. Audiences are much better at spotting undisclosed advertising than brands assume, and being caught at it damages the creator more than the brand, which is exactly why good creators insist. Clear disclosure, done normally rather than buried, does not measurably hurt performance and it removes a risk nobody should be carrying.
On selection, the honest position is that relevance beats reach and neither is checkable from a follower count. What we look at is whether the audience is plausibly yours, whether previous brand work looks like something the creator wanted to make, and whether the comments read like a community rather than a giveaway queue. That takes time per creator and it is the reason we work with fewer of them.
- ✓Say what must be true, not what to say — The creator knows what their audience stops for. That is the purchase.
- ✓Approval covers accuracy, not tone — Three rounds of style notes is how it ends up sounding like a press release.
- ✓Disclose properly, every time — Audiences spot it, and being caught damages the creator more than you.
- ✓Agree usage rights before it is made — Buying them afterwards costs several times as much.
- ✓Read the comments, not the follower count — A community or a giveaway queue. Nothing else tells you.
Every round of tone notes removes some of the thing you paid for.
What the work actually consists of
Six things, and most of the value is in the agreement rather than the content.
Selection by Reading, Not Metrics
Whether the audience is plausibly yours, whether past brand work looks willingly made, and whether the comments read like a community. Slow, and the reason we use fewer creators.
A Brief That Constrains
What must be true, what must not be claimed, what has to be shown, by when. Everything else left to the person whose voice you are paying for.
Approval Scoped in Advance
Accuracy and safety, not tone. Written into the agreement so the review is a check rather than an open invitation to rewrite.
Usage Rights, Upfront
Where the content may run, for how long, and on which channels — agreed before it is made, because the good piece is worth reusing and buying that later costs several times more.
Disclosure Done Normally
Clear rather than buried, on every piece. It does not measurably cost performance and it removes a risk that falls hardest on the creator you are working with.
A Measure Agreed Beforehand
Saves, enquiries, code redemptions, site visits — whatever is honest for what you sell, decided before the content exists rather than chosen afterwards to suit the result.

— Our Proprietary Methodology —
The Visibility Framework™, applied in Influencer & UGC
The method doesn’t change by market. What it’s pointed at does.
Audit & Listen
Existing accounts, competitor feeds, audience demographics and every comment and review already written about you. Ends with a recommendation on which platforms to keep.
Position & Plan
Content pillars, brand voice, visual direction and a first calendar — agreed with you before a single post is produced.
Produce & Publish
Shooting, editing, writing, scheduling and replying. The part that has to happen every week without fail, which is where most in-house efforts quietly stop.
Amplify & Refine
Budget behind proven pieces, formats that underperform dropped, and the calendar rewritten monthly around what the data actually said.
Honest, No-Nonsense Commitment
Nobody controls a platform’s algorithm, so we will never promise you a viral post or a follower number. What we do commit to: the agreed content volume ships every month, every comment and DM is answered inside the agreed window, and if we miss either, that month is on us.
Social Media Management pricing for Influencer & UGC, in USD
Creator fees are billed separately and paid to the creator; the figures below are our management fee. We do not mark up creator fees, because an agency whose margin grows with the fee it negotiates is on the wrong side of that conversation.

What you’re actually committing to
Most agencies keep this in a contract you only see after the sales call. We would rather you knew now, because it is the question everyone asks second — right after the price.
- A 3-month initial term, then month to monthThree months is the shortest period in which a content approach can be judged honestly — month one is mostly setup and production. The wider industry standard is 6 to 12 months.
- 30 days’ notice to stopNo exit fee and no buy-out of the months you haven’t used. You leave when you decide to, not when the contract lets you.
- No setup or onboarding feeThe audit is free, and month one costs exactly what month two costs. Nothing is front-loaded.
- You own everythingAccounts, page roles, ad accounts, raw footage and every finished asset — in your name from day one, and still yours if we part ways.
- Ad spend never touches our invoiceYou pay the platform directly and keep the billing under your own control. Our fee is our fee.
- An agreed response windowThe time we commit to replying to comments and DMs is written into your agreement, not left to goodwill.
These are the terms as they appear in the agreement itself — nothing here is softened for the website. The full wording lives in our terms and conditions, and you get the agreement to read before anything is signed or invoiced.
