AI Automation for Crypto

What We Will Not Build Is the Point of This Page.

Most of what a crypto business would like automated sits next to something that is a financial promotion, an investment recommendation, or a decision about somebody’s identity and their money. We do not build any of those, and the list of refusals below is longer than the list of services on purpose. What remains — support volume, documentation, internal operations — is large, unglamorous, and the only part we will take money for.

Seven things we will not do at any price

Read this list before the services list. If what you need is on it, we are the wrong supplier and there is no version of the conversation where that changes.

  • Price prediction of any kindUnmeasurable, and we will not pretend
  • Trading signals or trading botsNot ours, at any budget
  • Token or project promotionThat is a financial promotion
  • “Is this a good investment” contentWe do not write it
  • Automated identity or source-of-funds decisionsA person decides. Always
  • Wallets, keys or transactionsWe do not touch custody
  • Telling you what rules apply to youAsk a specialist. Not us

The last row deserves emphasis because it is the one people push on. We name no regulator and no regime anywhere on this page, not because they are unimportant but because they differ by country, they change, and which one applies depends on your business. A supplier confidently telling you what you are allowed to do is a supplier guessing with your licence.

Straight Talk

Support volume, and it is enormous

What genuinely remains is the support load, and in this sector it is unusually heavy. Users ask the same operational questions constantly — why a transaction is pending, what a confirmation is, how to complete verification, why a deposit has not appeared, what a fee covers. These have factual answers, they are already written in your documentation, and they arrive at all hours from every timezone at once.

The discipline that makes this safe is drawing only on what you have already published and approved, and handing over the moment a question stops being operational. “Why is my transaction pending” is a support question. “Should I sell” is not, and the line between them has to be built as a wall rather than a preference — testable, and tested, the same way our food-and-drink page treats allergens.

The second area is internal and it is where most of the real hours are: collecting verification documents so a human reviewer has a complete file rather than a partial one, assembling recurring internal reports, routing escalations to the right team, keeping a record of what was decided and when. Collecting is ours. Deciding whether somebody passes verification is not, and no tier includes it.

If your business needs something on the refusal list, we would rather say so in the first conversation than discover it in month two. That is not caution for its own sake — it is that the cost of getting these wrong lands on your licence and your customers, not on our invoice.

  • Support answers from your own docs — Published, approved, and nothing else.
  • Operational versus advisory is a wall — Built and tested, not a preference.
  • We collect verification documents — We never decide whether somebody passes.
  • No custody, no keys, no transactions — We do not touch any of it.
  • We name no regulator — Because they differ by country and change. Ask a specialist.

What we actually build here

Five builds. All operational, all drawn from what you have already published.

01

The Operational Questions

Pending transactions, confirmations, fees, deposits, verification steps — answered from your own published documentation, at every hour, in the volume this sector actually generates.

02

A Wall, Not a Disclaimer

Anything advisory, price-related or investment-shaped stops dead and routes to a person. Built first, tested repeatedly, and demonstrable — the same way an allergen boundary is treated in hospitality.

03

Verification Documents, Collected

Requested, chased, checked for presence and legibility, and assembled into a complete file for a human reviewer. The decision is never automated — a person approves or refuses, every time.

04

Escalation Routing

Getting the account issue, the technical fault and the complaint to three different teams without a human triaging first. Reduces the time an anxious user spends waiting, which is most of the complaint.

05

Internal Reporting Assembly

The recurring internal packs, gathered from your own systems with a record of what was included and when. Ordinary operations work, and it is where a surprising share of the hours go.

What clients say

— Our Proprietary Methodology —

The Visibility Framework™, applied in Crypto & Blockchain

The method doesn’t change by market. What it’s pointed at does.

Step 01

Audit The Hours

Where time actually goes, task by task, scored on volume, repetition and the cost of getting it wrong. Ends in a ranked blueprint with estimated hours saved — yours to keep either way.

Step 02

Design The Guardrails

Before any building: what the agent may touch, where a human must approve, what happens when it is unsure, and which data is never allowed near a third-party model.

Step 03

Build & Evaluate

One workflow at a time, in your accounts, scored against real examples from your business before it touches live work. Shipped early so it meets reality while it is still cheap to change.

Step 04

Run & Improve

Monitored for cost, failures and quality drift. Models change, your business changes, and an automation nobody tends becomes a liability rather than an asset.

Honest, No-Nonsense Commitment

If the audit concludes that a task is not worth automating, we will tell you and refund the difference rather than build it anyway. And if a workflow we built does not hit the outcome we agreed in the blueprint, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does or we take it out.

What you’re actually committing to

Most agencies keep this in a contract you only see after the sales call. We would rather you knew now, because it is the question everyone asks second — right after the price.

  • The audit is credited, not sunkPay for the audit, and the full amount comes off the build if you proceed. If you don’t, the blueprint is still yours to hand to anyone else.
  • A fixed build price after the auditQuoted once we know what we are building. If it takes longer than we estimated, that is our risk — the price only moves if you change the scope.
  • You own everythingAccounts, API keys, workflows, prompts, evaluation sets, logs and documentation — all in your name from day one, and still yours if we never work together again.
  • Running costs are yours and visibleAPI usage is billed by the provider directly to you. We never resell tokens or mark up usage, and you see the real number.
  • The retainer is month to month30 days’ notice, no exit fee. Stop it and your automations keep running — you are simply maintaining them yourself.
  • Human approval is the defaultAnything customer-facing or irreversible needs a person until the evaluation data justifies otherwise, and that decision is yours to make, not ours.

These are the terms as they appear in the agreement itself — nothing here is softened for the website. The full wording lives in our terms and conditions, and you get the agreement to read before anything is signed or invoiced.

Crypto & Blockchain AI Automation questions, answered

Will you build a trading bot or price prediction? +
No, at any budget. Price prediction is a claim nobody can measure honestly and we will not pretend otherwise, and trading systems are not something we build. If that is what you need, we are the wrong supplier and no version of the conversation changes it.
No. Promoting a token or project, and content arguing that something is a good investment, is not work we take on. That is a financial promotion rather than marketing copy, and it belongs with people qualified and permitted to produce it.
We collect and assemble, never decide. Documents requested, chased, checked for presence and legibility, and put in front of a human reviewer as a complete file. Whether somebody passes verification is a decision with serious consequences for a real person and it stays with your team.
We do not know and we are not the people to ask. The rules differ by country and change, the ones that apply depend on your business, and a supplier confidently telling you what you are allowed to do is guessing with your licence. Ask a specialist.

By building the boundary as a wall rather than a disclaimer. Anything advisory or price-related stops dead and routes to a person, and that boundary is built first and tested repeatedly — the same discipline our hospitality page applies to allergen questions, and for the same reason.
